Returns & Guarantee

Every original oil painting by Yoko Yagi comes with a full guarantee of authenticity.

We offer a 14-day return period from delivery. If your canvas does not suit your space, you may request a return or exchange for studio credit.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving the returned piece in original condition. Reimbursed funds will return to your original payment method with zero added fees.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, ensure these conditions are met:

• Artwork received within 14 days

• Artwork in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom oil painting commissions tailored to your specifications.

• Artworks damaged after delivery through improper display or storage.

• Special gallery exhibition pieces marked final sale.

• Yoko Yagi Studio reserves the right to decline returns that fail to meet these preservation guidelines.

Transit & Care

Collectors cover return shipping and insurance. Please ship returned artworks directly to:

We recommend tracked and insured fine art shipping. Our studio cannot be held responsible for art damaged or lost during return transit prior to receipt.

Damage

If artwork arrives damaged during transit, please photograph the package and notify us within 48 hours to arrange restoration or full reimbursement.

For gifted paintings, gallery credit or refunds will be coordinated directly with either the recipient or purchaser.
